  • Acumulator is FULL "accucell sound hehehe :)" Nice movie :)

  • Could you show me your money tree?

  • What battery did you use?

  • Man, I don't even want to know how toxic that smoke was. Good job on that bag though.

  • the smoke its a problem

  • 1:00

    DONE CHARCHING

  • Try connecting them together LIPO to LIPO, you get a free ARC WELDER, sparks everywhere!!

  • Try connecting them together, you get a free ARC WELDER, sparks everywhere!!

  • I have a LiPo bag because they are mandatory at ROAR or IFMAR RC racing events, I got the big one so I can store all of my packs in just one, or put my entire 1/12 scale car in the bag while it charges so I don't need to remove the pack, but in seeing these videos on how much pressure they make inside, I'm not sure if it would hold back an exploding 8000mah 3s2p battery.

  • @81broncoman storing a bunch of lipos in one container will isure they all add to the fray if one decides to self destruct , all the lipos in the bag would burn , the bag stops the fire from spreading to other objects but the smoke is still very bad news and the more lipos that burn the more toxic smoke gets released . we also put a fuse inline betwean the lipo and the load to protect aganst shorting .

  • @123allrock

I'm not gonna buy seven LiPo bags. For some reason I never have a problem with LiPo's even puffing, and all I do is balance them every run and never leave them in the sun. I have a three year old 2s2p LiPo that works great, probably 300 charges and runs on it.

  • @81broncoman I have had the same issue near had one fail , but the posability allways is there and there are some real horror storys for those that where unlucky be very mindfull of where you charge and store lipos simply search lipo house fire and you will see.

  • @81broncoman

That's kick ass brother but have you Heard the one about the Farmers Cow how Died? He said....*She Never did that before*!

Lipos can be Dangerous as FUK!! Especially with the INCREDIBLE lack of Quality Control and general Greed with Crappy Chinese Goods and all Parties trying to make plenty of quick bucks.

I'll buy at least one Lipo bag like this if it's made in the USA!

  • @81broncoman

Reall Adult response brother. Have you had a woman..........ever?

I definitely don't buy $140.00 Team Orion packs. Even the Later Packs can Fail Violently smart guy. All I use is GenAce. I will be buying some USA made Lipo bags though. Apparently your the Moron as I understood exactly what you where saying.

    Have a Great week Dude.

  • how many volts they put inside for do this ? i think they was already full charged , it's cannot happen with empty battery , i ever put 24 volts lead acide in lipo 22 volts , the lipo doesn't burn or over charged bcuz my lead acid has less WH than my lipo , but it's can burn if u over charge , lipo not burn in normal use , even a short circuit doesn't make them burn , it's just destroy the plug

  • I like how you can hear the charger a few seconds after the explosion...

To warn you of an impending explosion

Overall.. ive seen bags fail pretty terribly with explosive sells. and these certain fit the term "explosive"

    Great bag. Good review

  • Well, atleast there won't be a fire in the house but it would set the fire alarm off!

  • this is exactly why im not going back to electric. is this happened in my room where i charge the battery the entire room would go up in smoke= fire alarm blasts! im sticking to nitro untill they find some sort of safer thing tan lipo.= NUCLEAR!!! wuuhuu loolz

  • ... dont breath this... xD

  • GRENADE!

Not to worry! With my handy dandy... POLYSAFE ANTI-EXPLOSION BAG!

  • imagine storing 2 lipos in this bag. would´ve blown up like NO tomorrow! id like to have something more safe than this! i do not want the smoke to escape! if this starts smoking while i´m not at home, someone will call the fire fighters and having the door knocked in only for a smoking lipo sucks!

  • @ploetzlich30 There are A123 cells they put about 10 percent less voltage but they are pretty much idiot proof

  • Hi there, I have a few people coming over and I want to show them how dangerous these batteries are and of course everyone wants to see poof/boom, etc. Can I use a 12v 15Amp car charger (lead acid) to make it go BOOM or should I use the car charger on 12v 2 amp trickle? which is better? Thanks.

  • @BigCatsWildlife Plug it into your wall. I dare you.

  • only one use??? WTF that makes it a worthless lipo bag IMHO unless the company offers free replacements every time you have a lipo go nuclear

  • @lordraptor11 It's like seatbelts and crash helmets, they're all one use. The idea is they only do there job in an otherwise destructive emergency. Chances are you will only have a LiPo go once in your life (if that) and the bag is insurance for that event.

  • anyone else wanting to intentionally wreck an expensive lipo let me know and i will shoot you out my home address you can send it to!

  • Lipo batteries are safe, if used charged and stored in the appropriate manner. Several manufacturers make Lipo safe bags, are they necessary no, is it a good safety precaution....yes

  • any tips with lipo batteries that any one can give me and what's best place to charge a lipo inside or out side?

  • How to make a buncha people anal and paranoid about lipos: Stick some in a redundant bag and blast all your chargers got at it. Lipo's dont do this with normal use people, dont let this dingbat fool you.

  • @SvenOkonomi; not entirely true. I agree that most of the incidents are from improper charging. But there are some that go nuclear after a race (I had one burn down my rc box of stuff in garage). Keep in mind these batteries contain lithium; which can react with air. I imagine my battery was damaged somehow; and caused a delayed reaction some 4 hours later. Having a lipo sack for storage is probably not a horrible idea.

  • @zerobane3 They invented hardcase lipos for you guys. :') Sorry to say it, but if you've managed to damage a lipo while driving. it was probably a softy meant for airplanes, so id say improper use. Ive seen those hardcase things, they are tough enough to bash rocks and be fine. If yours WERE hardcase ill have to eat my words, but I doubt it. :')

  • @SvenOkonomi I seen one go up at the track 2 days ago it is very real! It went off close enough to me to feel the heat.

  • @jdejay02 And it went off by magic? Or maybe because someone was using it in a way it wasnt meant to be used?

  • this is why those hippies protest

  • how do u do this so this dosnt happen to me

  • @devanoo2 make sure you dont charge your lipo with the wrong charger and if you crash, leave your batterie for 20 min away from something that can catch fire.

  • @devanoo2 Watch your batteries the entire charge time, use correct chargers, and well attached connectors.

  • garbage bag man...

  • im guessing venom pro charger? due to the connection break sound? cuz i have 1 and it dose the exact same sound when connection break occurs.

  • they sure work

but guys just try to blow the house down its very very simple turn it on and run and well last of all enjoy or cry

  • For all you kids who charge batteries at home.

This is a good way to burn your Parents house down.

I'm 30 something and almost burned my own house down charging a lipo inside the house!

  • @michaelsmclennan and what you did wrong? why did it explode?

  • @heberorozco With out a doubt incorrect charging techniques.

  • @michaelsmclennan For you non-educated adults, this is a good way to PREVENT burning your house down seeing how the bag completely held the explosion safely inside.

  • buy lipos just dot buy the cheap hobby people one or the 40$ ones... digg in your pockets for some extra change and get a thunderpower or top of the line name brand one and you wont have to worry about this nonsense lol.

  • @jmpatridge i think the main point of this is...dont be a retard

  • lol connection break

  • Iz it liek a condom,,, use only once ??

  • @beneehall

More like use it until the battery explodes.

  • @beneehall yeah. but i think it will only happen 1 time in your life.

  • @beneehall

after a fire jep and if you put in more than one you will loose them all

  • @beneehall

hm, i guess you prefer to pay for this bag . Getting a new house its a little more expensive :) .

  • @beneehall difference is it prevents loos of life whereas condom prevents formation of life

  • just some minor smoke damage lol

  • LOL i am afraind, when u put lipoS in this bag, they explode LOL :=)

  • Just when I was thinking of buying a LIPO -battery. ..

  • they Explode when u dont think of it lol

  • Thats one brutally tough bag!

  • wouls be good if thoase bags fit in the cars.

  • i would love to see a infrared video of a lipo exploding

  • How hot did the material get UNDERNEATH the battery? Using a piece of carpet underneath the bag would have been a more useful test.

  • I wonder if the beeping at 1 minutes was the charger going i fu**ed up your battery, run like h**l?

  • nice smoke bomb

  • how much damage would a mini 3.7v 30 MaH li-po do? lol

  • ya, lets ignite lipo's outside, then pour the charred remains all over the ground!

    woohoo!

    .....

  • they're only dangerous if you dont know what your doing, if used correctly they dont jus up and go in flames, all these videos shows what happen wen you over-discharge them etc. any battery can explode if its over charged.

  • how does that happen???? i have a lipo and i dont want it to blow up

  • there are many ways a lipo can blow up. overcharging, overheating, moisture, short circuits, charger malfunctions, ect. these things are dangerous!

  • it's relatively difficult to get them to blow up if you never mishandle them or overcharge them. But if they are used in a way that exposes them to crushing or piercing they could ignite easily. RC LIPOs don't have protection circuits or even a plastic enclosure, so all of that protection is up to the owner.

  • ...yeah id rather have it set fire notice it and use a fire extinguisher than have all these probably bad fumes in my house

  • cant really be useful like how do you know its gonna blow up?

  • Haha, yea I know, but if you watch a video of a LiPo being overcharged, it kinda bubbles up before exploding.

  • Great product, lithium batteries can be dangerous. Only problem with the bag is that you can't see the battery inside as it charges.

  • whats there to watch as a battery charges?? it doesn't change colours nor dance or anything like that you know :P

  • lipo's bubble if they're being over charged. thats what happens before they explode.

  • air flow ! nice, seems better than liposack

  • OMFG =O

  • it worked...

  • yea thats hella good for you to breath
