Not really, jackass. First Blood was released in '82, and had Rambo as an angsty vet running from the police. First Blood Part 2 was the action movie where he was fighting against the commies- released a full year after Braddock was doing just that in Missing In Action.

So if you're going to fling around stupid accusation of "OMG RIPOFF", looks like Rambo was the one ripping off! Or not, since they both have completely different plots.
