Humanure Toilets at Music Festival Using Wheelie Bins

Is there a way to create a saw dust "flush" similar to water flush that would cover waste efficiently taking out the human error out of it? I have used one of these, but they look yucky & scary and smell yucky. If these two issues get sorted, composting toilets would become more mainstream.
