Same with Oshare Kei which actually music tends to be happier. I never heard any 'happy' visual kei that is not Soft Visual Kei(Gackt). Plus there's Kotekote Kei(XJAPAN for ex.), Koteosa Kei(Buck tick-ish), Angura(kagrra,) and many MANY more

That one sounds cool however, some of their songs are really industrial others are rock or jrock (which I personally don't like that much), e.g. their album from 2005 don't remember the name has some hard tracks "forbidden" is a song that I personally would call industrial metal or at least metal ...at least in my opinion, hey... just my two cents. ;)
