hi ! there are no real schematics, the only thing you have to do is get high voltage, and detect pulses. i get high voltage from camera flash, you have a condensator charged at 350V, remove it and the diode, make a voltage doubler and get about 700V. then put it on geiger tube with about 2Mohm resistor, loop back geiger to ground with about 10K and put your scope on the 10K. you'll get spikes. amplify them and count them ! send me a private message if you wanna more details :)

there is no difficulties to build you own.. the challenge is to get the geiger tube and so on !
