Very good and safe car. It has the GM Delta platform. With this platform, the Chevy Cruze was the first car, which achieved full points in EuroNCAP front and side impact.

though i never liked Opel, i was totally shocked how this car is the safest in the world or at least the safest car i found on euroncapdotcom, nearly no injuries for the driver and the passenger remained unscratched :|:|:| with a 95% score for protection.. the highest i've seen much higher than benz audis and all other high safety brands...
