I hope this band stays together and continues to perform live even though Lucky's no longer around.
I'd also like to see a talented film maker make a film about the life, music and message of Lucky Dube. Hopefully a talented actor could be found who could capture the spirit of Lucky.
Unfortunately, his music isn't as well known in Canada. I'm thinking a film, if marketed internationally would help the rest of the world discover a passion for Lucky Dube's message, spirit and brand of music.

Lucky Dube of course will live forever. In villages and cities all across Africa. Some of my fondest memories are of listening to his music as a young boy in the 80's on a battery-run tape player. The music, the message, the energy, the African pride.
Lucky remains King in Uganda. He used to shut down the whole city whenever he put up a show. Absolute gridlock. Jah bless your family, Lucky.
