@BladeRunnerCPandMJ Gerrard has been injured too often the past two seasons. Chelsea has had a much better team the past few years and still hasn't been able to win the Champions League. Take Lampard out and put Gerrard in and i think Chelsea are even more successful than they have been the past few years. Take Gerrard out and put Lampard in Liverpool and no way they win the Champions League or finish second last season.

I think he plays poorly for country of late because of the demands at club level, he never misses a game for his club and in international duty he often seems slower and less healthy.

The last seasons Gerrard is better then Lampard. The 2004-2005 season they were the players in the world.
