@filippo333 Hey Dumbass! Considering Chris's "focus" is on macs, posting videos on macs would make sense, correct? If you are looking for Windows videos, go find another tech channel. There are PLENTY out there.
Oh no! An asshat unsubscribing? That's the worst thing that could happen to him! Everybody knows that Chris's demographic is asshats like yourself, so certainly he would hate for you to unsubscribe.
BTW, since I know you're too much of a dumbass to recognize sarcasm, I might as well let you know.
Heh. Thanks, @mrpitchf0rk. What I find most funny about the responses to this video is that... well, I've *NEVER* seen a cross-publisher Windows shareware bundle in all my years online.
Why would you pay 50 $ for software , that you can get for free on windows ... as "good" as this deal is , at its core , it's crap so i wouldn't buy that stuff unless it was free , or somebody paid me to buy it -_- . Suck on this MAC !
Why Mac is more "stable"?Because most of the mac software is made by Apple and is made for their specific hardware configurations. Usually program crashes are caused by bad coding or hardware incompatibility. Don't blame "Windows" for bad coded programs made by third party developers or hardware incompatibility. And let me remind you that Mac also Crashes so forget about the rumors that mac and linux dont crash.
I didn't say that "windows is a third party software".I said that Windows has programs made by third party developers. And MS is not responsible for their poorly coded programs made to run in MS windows.
Also... i sad that there are rumors about mac and linux not crashing.
You said that crashes were only ever due to hardware incompatibility or third-party software. Since Windows itself causes crashes ALL THE FREAKING TIME, you either knowingly lied, claimed that Windows is third-party software, or claimed that Windows is absolutely perfect, all three of which are untrue.
Wow, you must be a hardcore apple fanboy or something. I've seen like 10 comments from you ranting and raving about how Mac is better than Windows in every way.
I personally choose PC because of the all the gaming I can do on it and how customizable it is.
I've spent a little over $1,000 on my rig and what did I get? A quad core machine with a 9800 GT GPU. What can you get with $1,000 for a Mac? An Intel Duo macbook with 9400M Onboard Graphics. Now, what do you think is better? :P
You're being a dick because you're too much of a mouth-breathing child to act civilly. Normal people don't throw around childish insults unprompted. Social violence just isn't something comfortable, happy people do. So tell me, what's your problem?
Certainly a custom PC is cheaper than an Apple PC, but manufactured PC's all cost the same, including Apple PC's.
You're being an asshole by insulting me, /constantly/, like some sort of pissy kindergartener. You don't have to be a dick to talk to people or form arguments, you realize that, don't you?
I was talking about Macs.
Macs are as expensive as any equivalent computer. Boo hoo, they only sell high-quality products so their lowest-end computer is pricey. You can blame them for only selling high-end products, that doesn't mean they're bad.
Of course I don't like being wrong. Neither do you.

conveniently, HP has a line of computers that are in direct competition to Apple's Macbooks (Envy series). A 13" HP Envy, will set you back £1299, A 13" Macbook Pro, (The best model, of 13" Macbook) is not only moderately cheaper (£1149) But it is better specced in every way.
Okay, but we were'nt talking about a Macbook Pro and we weren't talking about anything near that price range.
We were talking about the Mac Mini. I was saying you could get a Laptop in that price range with better Specs. It doesn't have to be an HP laptop you know.
and the other fact that people buy cheap parts and build a PC of buy a prebuilt pc made from cheap parts then complain that windows wont work on there hardware. you get what you pay for.
for my buget i decided to get a gaming machine. so i have a au$2800 pc that i bought in 06 yes now it needs replacing but it ran vista fine, crashed about 1/2 as much as xp and only did when trying to get an old app to run or something. now i have 7 and i dont think its crashed once. but i still want a 27" iMac

So, in other words, if they would normally charge $450, but now they're only charging you $50... well you know they're still making a profit on it. So what a rip off with the $450. I hate Apple so much...
Apple products are perfectly user-friendly. There's a difference between user-friendly and familiar. Just because you're used to QWERTY doesn't mean DVORAK is bad.
"There is no right click, there is just one button" ...
Is that what you call 'Perfectly User Friendly" ???
So recently Apple discovered the Two Buttoned mouse! Nice discovery. yeah... but.... My Windows Mouse has 8 different buttons that saves me time and make my life and work easier.
And why to use these several ways to right click on a Mac when you can just right click on your mouse? And can you explain why my friend is horrible at computers?
Please actually read my comments before responding to them. I answered your first grammatically mangled and nigh-unreadable question already.
Your friend is horrible at computers because he doesn't know how to use them. He didn't know that you could use a two-button mouse, and he didn't know that you could control+click or two-finger-tap to bring up the context menu. If you don't know how to use computers you are bad at them by definition.
My friend just said that there is "no Right click on the mac mouse"! And he was 100% corect. He didnt say that you cant do a right click command on mac! so maybe you need to read MY comments before responding to them.
And why you are messing with my grammar? :D
Im from Greece i would love to see you speak Greek :)
Haha! Seriously you are a funny guy, but i have better things to do so ...good bye! Have fun using your mac ;)
There is no difference between a Mac and a PC, the hardware is the same. The only difference is the software. So people who think that Macs are more reliable hardware wise when compared to a PC, you're stupid. You're paying more money for the same hardware. Might as well build your own PC and put Mac on it....much much much cheaper and more reliable if you ask me. I'm just adding onto your comment ANDiTKO, not directing it toward you :)
I could show you hundreds of computers that have equivalent hardware for cheaper prices. If you really think the price/performance ratio is the same for Macs as PCs...you are the dumbest mother fucker on youtube.
Thanks. These numbers are interesting, actually, but those specs aren't the only ones to take into account when buying a computer.
I suggest you compare the complete specs. You can find the complete specs for the Mac Mini at:
tinyurl (slash) macmininumbers
You know where to find the numbers for the IdeaCentre.
Keep in mind you're not only buying the internal hardware, but also the ports, CD drive, the case, the design, etc. When considering price, you have to take EVERYTHING into account.
don't try to belittle me, you are wrong and you are trying to cover it up by trying to make me look dumb. I work with computers for a living and I know what I'm talking about and i can see behind your bullshit. So...why don't you take a gun, shoot yourself in the face, and end this all so no one has to deal with your stupid fucking self again.
If you're right, then you should be confident enough to take a look at the specs I showed you and analyze them like a computer expert instead of telling me to prove your point for you and calling me a moron for not doing it.
If I am pointing out your vices, it's because they exist. You have more than enough power over yourself to anull them.
Do you even know what we're arguing about? My point is that the price per performance unit on a Mac is much higher than a PC. I'm talking about the hardware in the computer, everything else is not really important, it just sounds good on paper. Each model has their pros and cons, and the pros of the PC outweigh the pros of the Mac any day, any time. If you think differently, you have been misinformed.
The things to look for in a PC that matter the most are the processor, memory, video card, mother board, and hard drive. everything else is just extra and does not affect performance.
OMG you know the difference between 'affect' and 'effect'. I love you.
Everything else doesn't affect raw power, sure, but that raw power all by itself is unusable. The I/O, the CD drive, the size of the thing, the fans, and many more factors all affect the computer's ability to function and its price. Not to mention many other factors, like price of manufacturing, the design, the warranty behind it, the firmware installed, oh so many different factors that you're not taking into account.
I'm just talking about price/performance. Of course you could factor in cooling to the equation, but I don't really have any of the computers mentioned to open up and look at :)
when i'm looking for a PC, I factor in the raw performance first then the rest second. Things like the amount of ports and what kind of ports the PC has doesn't really affect my decision unless the client needs 1394 for a video camera, e-sata for an external drive, etc. That's when I start to dive into the specifics.
Yeah, and ASUS laptop will break down really quickly if You don't bother with it like with a little baby. Better quality laptops, like Dell's, cost more and get a bit closer to Mac price.
you know Asus has one of the lowest fail rates within their warranty period, right? Dell...has one of the highest fail rates within their warranty period. A warranty company put out their statistics about 3 months ago.
Yeah, my experiences are different. Besides, I do know the quality of ASUS laptops and I know the quality of Dell ones. Materials (aluminium vs. plastics), screen fixing (in ASUS two weak plastics, in Dell screen doesn't "fly" after moving it), etc. etc.
Why should I care about general statistics? If my Dell fails, it's going to be repaired in my house, next business day. With ASUS I would have to send it personally and wait (I once waited 28 days!).
Dell does have really good customer service...but why do they choose to put a lot of money and effort making sure their customer service is good? because they have a lot of pissed off people with broken parts :)
I know there are a lot of Dell models that are simply crap. Examples would be Precision M4400, new Studio models etc. I bought Latitude E6500 and I believe this one is quite well-built. I think this notebook isn't the one that skyrockets Dell failures rate. And even if sth brakes I still have this beautiful Dell guarantee - again, why should I care about statistics? :)
Apple's software is soooo overpriced, right? I mean, they sold Snow Leopard for $30, and Microsoft sold theirs for $200! 30 is a way bigger number than 200!
And what about the waste of money that you give for the actual Apple hardware? The iMac Starts from $1199!!! And the hardware is nothing special compared to a $1199 PC.
When you buy a custom PC MS Dont recieve a cent! Thats why they sell windows 7 starting from $119.99.
When you buy a premade PC you get Windows for free (the price is included in the pack) So PC+Windows is Cheaper! But HEY! You can even skip buying windows and use a free Linux operating system!
Don't you start with saying that Macs are overpriced because that's a straight-up lie. A Mac is just as expensive as any other computer of the same quality.
When you buy a custom computer Apple doesn't make any money either. They still sell their OS at a fair price.
When you buy a premade computer you are not getting Windows for free, you are paying for it with the purchase. Windows + PC is not cheaper. Please use proper math.
You live in Romania, used a Dutch website Marktplaats to buy from a Britisch scammer? I can't otherwise put it than that you were very very stupid to do so. Really, there's no scimping on security...
Whoa. You really sure you want to discuss illegal activity in a public capacity. You DO realize that I have several federal agents who watch my feeds? Yikes. Software piracy is NOT something to brag about - certainly not here, rayruiz12345.
federal agents dont give a damn about people that get a couple programs here and there. im sure that they couldnt care less. the only people that care is your internet supplier and they only care because you're jacking all the bandwidth

I'd prefer to have a Mac, because then I could get actual work done, but I'm stuck with the next best thing (Linux).
There's a major difference between a custom PC and a manufactured one.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
I'm being a dick because I'm stating the truth? Wow, you're pathetic.
And it doesn't matter whether the PC is custom or factory built. It's still a PC and it's still cheaper then a Mac.

Haha, look in the mirror and practice what you preach, moron. I talk the way I talk because I can and because it's something called freedom of speech.
You fail at making Mac look better. All you're doing is making Apple Fanboys like yourself look more stupid then they already are.
And you can get a factory built PC with 6GB of RAM and a quad core CPU for under $1K. You just can't get that when buying a Mac.
I've said it before - Custom or not, it's still a PC. Get your facts straight.
sandiegoborn32 2 years ago
Freedom of speech was not instilled so sociopaths like yourself could go around being assholes to other people for no reason.
I'm not trying to make Apple look better. I'm trying to help other people know their numbers like I do.
I'm not an Apple fanboy. Quit being an asshat. If anything, I'm a Linux fanboy.
So? Macs still are no more expensive than equivalent non-Macs.
Your last statement made absolutely no sense and/or was completely irrelevant. What did you mean, and how was I wrong?

I'm not being an asshole and I'm not saying this for no reason. I'm saying it to prove how PC is better and to point your stupidity.
Well, in your last comments, it seemed you were talking about Mac, not Linux.
Macs are overpriced and everyone knows it. The most "affordable" Mac is $999. How is that no more expensive than any other laptop PC on the market?
My argument makes sense in every way, because I back up my statements with facts.
It seems you just don't like being wrong.

mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
Haha you are funny :D Really!
ANDiTKO 2 years ago
What Mac? I don't have a Mac.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
Haha! And why is that? Wasn't you the one telling us how Mac is Better and Cheaper than Windows? :D
ANDiTKO 2 years ago
Yes, and? You don't have to own a Mac to be right.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
There is no difference between a Mac and a PC, the hardware is the same. The only difference is the software. So people who think that Macs are more reliable hardware wise when compared to a PC, you're stupid. You're paying more money for the same hardware. Might as well build your own PC and put Mac on it....much much much cheaper and more reliable if you ask me. I'm just adding onto your comment ANDiTKO, not directing it toward you :)
h0w13r 2 years ago
True, same specs. But macs are built with better heat dissipation, and Apple does actually make their own logic boards.
maskedscientist 2 years ago
lol, I don't know if I would say they have better heat dissipation. You haven't seen my PC ;)
h0w13r 2 years ago
You are not paying more money for the same hardware. Please show me a mac that is more expensive than an equivalent non-Mac.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
@mrpitchf0rk
I could show you hundreds of computers that have equivalent hardware for cheaper prices. If you really think the price/performance ratio is the same for Macs as PCs...you are the dumbest mother fucker on youtube.
h0w13r 2 years ago
I'm the dumbest mofo on YouTube because you can't show me real numbers. What strange logic.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
Here's a tip: Instead of acting like some sociopathic dickhead, why don't you just show me the computers?
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
h0w13r 2 years ago
When considering price, you have to take EVERYTHING into account.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
Also, who is providing that gigantic discount?
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
lol im not even going to keep going with you, you have no idea what you're talking about.
You realize that the ideacentre has 2x the processing cores, 4x the memory, over 5x the space, and the graphics are better (not integrated)
The ideacentre beats the mac any way you look at it.
h0w13r 2 years ago
Thanks for completely ignoring everything I said.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
dude, you're wrong. get over it.
h0w13r 2 years ago
how about this...
compare the ASUS X83VP-A1 from newegg with the macbook. same price but the Asus is more powerful.
h0w13r 2 years ago
I would, but if you're not going to be intellectually honest I'm not going to waste my time with you.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
don't try to belittle me, you are wrong and you are trying to cover it up by trying to make me look dumb. I work with computers for a living and I know what I'm talking about and i can see behind your bullshit. So...why don't you take a gun, shoot yourself in the face, and end this all so no one has to deal with your stupid fucking self again.
h0w13r 2 years ago
If you're right, then you should be confident enough to take a look at the specs I showed you and analyze them like a computer expert instead of telling me to prove your point for you and calling me a moron for not doing it.
If I am pointing out your vices, it's because they exist. You have more than enough power over yourself to anull them.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
Do you even know what we're arguing about? My point is that the price per performance unit on a Mac is much higher than a PC. I'm talking about the hardware in the computer, everything else is not really important, it just sounds good on paper. Each model has their pros and cons, and the pros of the PC outweigh the pros of the Mac any day, any time. If you think differently, you have been misinformed.
h0w13r 2 years ago
When you're buying a computer, you need to look at more than the hard drive, processor, and RAM. There is MUCH MUCH MORE to a computer than that.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
The things to look for in a PC that matter the most are the processor, memory, video card, mother board, and hard drive. everything else is just extra and does not affect performance.
h0w13r 2 years ago
OMG you know the difference between 'affect' and 'effect'. I love you.
Everything else doesn't affect raw power, sure, but that raw power all by itself is unusable. The I/O, the CD drive, the size of the thing, the fans, and many more factors all affect the computer's ability to function and its price. Not to mention many other factors, like price of manufacturing, the design, the warranty behind it, the firmware installed, oh so many different factors that you're not taking into account.
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
I'm just talking about price/performance. Of course you could factor in cooling to the equation, but I don't really have any of the computers mentioned to open up and look at :)
when i'm looking for a PC, I factor in the raw performance first then the rest second. Things like the amount of ports and what kind of ports the PC has doesn't really affect my decision unless the client needs 1394 for a video camera, e-sata for an external drive, etc. That's when I start to dive into the specifics.
h0w13r 2 years ago
@h0w13r
Yeah, and ASUS laptop will break down really quickly if You don't bother with it like with a little baby. Better quality laptops, like Dell's, cost more and get a bit closer to Mac price.
micgol 2 years ago
you know Asus has one of the lowest fail rates within their warranty period, right? Dell...has one of the highest fail rates within their warranty period. A warranty company put out their statistics about 3 months ago.
h0w13r 2 years ago
Yeah, my experiences are different. Besides, I do know the quality of ASUS laptops and I know the quality of Dell ones. Materials (aluminium vs. plastics), screen fixing (in ASUS two weak plastics, in Dell screen doesn't "fly" after moving it), etc. etc.
Why should I care about general statistics? If my Dell fails, it's going to be repaired in my house, next business day. With ASUS I would have to send it personally and wait (I once waited 28 days!).
So You see - I have steady arguments.
micgol 2 years ago
Dell does have really good customer service...but why do they choose to put a lot of money and effort making sure their customer service is good? because they have a lot of pissed off people with broken parts :)
h0w13r 2 years ago
I know there are a lot of Dell models that are simply crap. Examples would be Precision M4400, new Studio models etc. I bought Latitude E6500 and I believe this one is quite well-built. I think this notebook isn't the one that skyrockets Dell failures rate. And even if sth brakes I still have this beautiful Dell guarantee - again, why should I care about statistics? :)

Apple's software is soooo overpriced, right? I mean, they sold Snow Leopard for $30, and Microsoft sold theirs for $200! 30 is a way bigger number than 200!
mrpitchf0rk 2 years ago
lolol
Kin632 2 years ago
And what about the waste of money that you give for the actual Apple hardware? The iMac Starts from $1199!!! And the hardware is nothing special compared to a $1199 PC.
When you buy a custom PC MS Dont recieve a cent! Thats why they sell windows 7 starting from $119.99.
When you buy a premade PC you get Windows for free (the price is included in the pack) So PC+Windows is Cheaper! But HEY! You can even skip buying windows and use a free Linux operating system!
ANDiTKO 2 years ago
Don't you start with saying that Macs are overpriced because that's a straight-up lie. A Mac is just as expensive as any other computer of the same quality.
When you buy a custom computer Apple doesn't make any money either. They still sell their OS at a fair price.
When you buy a premade computer you are not getting Windows for free, you are paying for it with the purchase. Windows + PC is not cheaper. Please use proper math.

Umm. Pathfinder puts Explorer to shame? I'm pretty sure Explorer is free and does not require an install.

federal agents dont give a damn about people that get a couple programs here and there. im sure that they couldnt care less. the only people that care is your internet supplier and they only care because you're jacking all the bandwidth
