I still think this cd is best but probably too obscure for many. By the time this track comes around, I was already off world and blown away. I remember playing this disc for several people who all got hooked.
the world isnt going 2 end in 2012. just like Y2K people r freaking out for no reason. my belief is that the world wont end untill 3036. besides the Church would have be gone if it was going 2 end in 2012
I read in Songmeanings that the first clip is from General Motors' 1956 promotional film "Design for Dreaming" and the second a recording of David Brower.
This song is not from They Live On The Sun. This is 6 Days to Maddness off the album Who Killed Puck from Cloud Cults early years.

For some reason this sounds like Harrison Ford to me. Excellent song though.

@Sirrah1722 It's actually David Brower, but my friend said the exact same thing.

I'm about 99.999% sure that the narration was actually written by Carl Sagan. Awesome.
snowmanechoes 1 year ago
@snowmanechoes The narrator is actually David Brower. It sounds nothing like Sagan, in my opinion...

@MotokoStarwind WRITTEN by Carl Sagan..... no, it doesn't sound like him actually narrating it, he WROTE it.

Thanks, after a little looking on Amazon, I found there was a difference between Six Days and Six Days to Madness.

@indierockrules
According to Cloud Cult's own website, this is 6 Days to Madness.
