  • I dont know about american snus or dip, but Swedish snus is not harmfull to your health, before they had a sign that it caused cancer but since its not proven to do so they removed it. on the snus cans from Sweden it just says, "This tobacco product may harm your health and is addicting" unlike cigarettes where the clearly say "Smoking kills"

  • I can't believe skoal was so good then and now its a complete pussy dip.

  • You can't get high off of tobacco products. It is a buzz caused through the movement of the nicotine in the tobacco. Highs are a result of canabinoids like THC or other compounds.

  • honstly i think somkless tabbacoo is safer then smokeing and alot more easyer then smokeing cause once u light that cigerrette ten minutes later u have to light up a nother one. with chew you can put it in ur lip and if u don't mind the taste going away you can leave it in for hour's

  • When are you going to make a new video man ? :))

  • In my school in Norway we are allowed to use snus even during lessons.

  • Cool vid as always, but clean up ur room :)

  • i love snus i quit smoking and started smoking i can run with out feeling like im going to die i can breathe and my sinuses are fine now before i had to wake up and smoke or else i would feel like shit all day

  • snusin' some Ettan, awesome stuff.

  • @picktown3 you are already addicted

  • hey, anyone know where to get snus in canada?

  • Laughing my ass off, I used to buy Happy Days at a truck stop in Belmont NY. Still using snus and snuff. 20 years later.

  • Have you tried the swedish versions of camel and marlboro? Id likke to get my hands on some.

  • Btw I can send you all the chew you want anytime you want it!

  • Hey snusify! krash here in georgia...usa. Anyway im a snuser for over year now and started on camel but soon moved to general mint. After a year of mint and trying a general white portion from time to time I feel my taste is moving towards the natural snus taste. But there's my problem...I don't know what to order now. Ettan, goat rape, general...which should I go with? Keep the reviews coming!

  • dude i WANT to think smokeless is safe, but seriously i have seen people get cancer and have their jaws removed, i cant say for certain what snus's danger is considering i live in america, but i KNOW American dip is harmful, dont just pretend like its harmless to make yourself feel better about dipping, its harmful man, if you accept that than good for you and enjoy your dip, just dont pretend its harmless and tell people that and get young kids to try it, thats all im saying

  • @MoneyMaker4545 Nobody is saying it is harmless, smokeless tobacco is not good for you, but it is 90% less harmful than smoking. Recent studies have shown Snus and American Moist Snuff does not cause oral cancer. You seem to have missed the point of this video. Over the last 30 years smokeless tobacco use has increased yet the number of cases of oral cancer has dropped. and I never implied minors should use tobacco. All the tobacco companies I promote do not sell to minors.

  • @snusify good point, sorry i just love tobacco but no matter what people tell me i have trouble believing it wont eventually kill me, i do feel safer with snus than American dip though

  • its MORE dangerous than smoking. It kills KIDS.Kids as young as 17 have gotten mouth cancer and died. Sean Marsee and Gruein (who says he is the face of tobacco) both got mouth cancer. Smoking takes decades to get cancer. Chewing tobacco can give you cancer within a year or less.

  • @KripDrip what you are saying it total bullshit and propaganda put out by the cigarette companies. If what you are saying is true then in the last year millions of smokeless tobacco users would have got mouth cancer but they didn't. You need to do your research before you make these scaremongering statements.

  • @KripDrip

ok, dipping is harmful.. but snus is waay more safer than dip/chew. do some research about it.

  • Comment removed

  • @KripDrip Do what you want, but don't go around trying to force people to do what you want. That's the problem with today's world... we spend TOO MUCH time meddling in the affairs of others. Passing laws to control people's personal decisions... it's sickening. If you are worried about oral cancer.. might wanna think twice about those genetically altered foods you're eating. Don't go around regurgitating bullshit propaganda. You can get cancer from smoking in a day too.

  • @KripDrip You could die tomorrow... did you know that? Or you could die in another 20 years. Gonna live your life in fear? Death, cancer, life altering things happen... weather we want them to or not. And we don't have to smoke, drink, or dip to have them happen. I know people with cancer when they were born. I know people in their 20's with cancer. Not saying there's no risk in anyway. But there's risk in life.

  • I agree, you're correct. I used to dip, I dipped for about 2 years. I did it simply as a force of habit, after the first year it had no affect on me, no more buzz, just simply there for no reason. Snus is "safer", in the the fact it can't give you cancer(since it's dried thru a vacuum not in a kiln, I used snus to get off American dip. I quit because I would have these awful soars in my mouth and tounge which scared the shit outta me.

  • You're better off quiting both Snus and regular dip, they're both shit, and will have bad effects on your oral health. Snus also fucks up the heart, by giving you high blood pressure. If you wanna get high smoke a joint or do a line of coke once in a while, fuck tobacco its Satan's ball cheese, I know people who died from Oral cancer and lung cancer.

  • The one I remember most as a kid was the Charlie Daniels ad for Skoal where he's sitting in an airport waiting to board his flight. This sexy stewardess comes out and says "Would you like smoking or non-smoking?" Charlie pulls out a Skoal can and says "Smokeless, darlin'."

It seems like that ad would always run during episodes of "Nightcourt" and "Sledge Hammer!" (Now I'm showing my age- most of your audience probably doesn't know what the hell I'm talking about with these ancient TV shows!)

  • happydays was great back when i was in high school

  • i went to archive.org and saw a bunch of clips of smokeless tobacco

  • as long as it's still on the shelves...i'm satisfied.

  • lol wtf is happy days? i love earl campbell even more now lol. i played every hs football game with a snus uptop. i cant believe there are still ppl who think smokeless is dangerous(cancer wise) yes, if you dip all day, you can get raw gums, but that's not cancer. i had worse gums when i had my wisdom teeth out and had to keep gauze up in there.

all i know is i used to smoke, and i couldnt run more than a block without wheezing. i quit using snus and picking up dip. since then, no problems.

  • @patsy615 you are a patsy lol. like snusify says, wrong, its at least 90% safer, and snus is about 100% safer. the fact that you aren't putting carcinogens in your lungs makes it a grip safer than smoking there alone. smokeless tobacco gives you more nicotine with less carcinogens. snus, as opposed to dip, is pasteurized, which, unlike fermentation, leaves the tobacco practically tsna free. the only common problem with dip is that it tears up your gums. i'd take that over cancer anyday

  • no top comments, here is my change: Potato :D

  • @patsy615 Smokeless Tobacco is between 90 to 99% safer than smoking that has been medically proven.

  • @snusify couldnt agree more. Smoking affects your whole body. Dip, snus, chaw, they all just ffect your mouth. after a long time.

  • @snusify Snus has been, correct.

  • great video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lol i want some happy days

  • @cherrysnoop21 you can have fun with your husband in the hay :)

  • @snusify lol

  • I remember a few years ago when snus here in sweden had a cancer warning on them. They had to remove it because they couldnt prove it so now it only says that its addictive and "may" harm you.

  • @l4nky2 Indeed you have the same warning label on your snus that we have in England on our nasal snuff. No Cancer Warning. but in America the FDA rules mean that they have to carry the warning and their warning now says 'This Product CAN cause mouth cancer' which is a very misleading statement.

  • Great Video, cool too see old commercials from the 80's

Liked the last one about the snus too.

  • Awesome video Tim. They say there are at least 15 million people in the US that use smokeless tobacco with an increase of 6-8% per year. We need to get a mudjug in all those people's hands!

I started dipping as a young lad. I never dipped consistently until about 15 years ago.

For the record I am cancer free, my gums are fine and I'm healthy as a horse.

Good to see a vid from you my friend.

  • Its so expensive in Norway I had to sell my car in order to keep feeding my swedish snus habit. Being a student and snusing here is not a good combination.

  • yeah that just made me want to throw in a dip... so i did

  • Area's set aside for dippin at school? Fuck wish I lived back then, I get caught dippin in school now I get fuckin I.S.S.

  • @caleb505 skip lunch, get the guys together, go to the bathroom. that what we have to do. My teachers hate us because we take 30 minute 'shits'

  • good vid man the ending was really a nice twist

  • i dipped for 2 years everyday my gum is raw as shit now fuck it stick to dank bud

  • @BigBadDipper I have used smokeless tobacco every day for quite a few more years and have no gum issues at all, I guess we are all made up differently having said that I only use american dip 10% of the time the other 90 I use Swedish Snus.

  • @BigBadDipper lol why not both? well drink something after smoking to get a little moisture back in that lip, of if you dont like spitting, dipping right after a good smoke sesh results in no spit

  • @0ldskool2121 not if u drink with ur dip. and i still throw in a occasional lip from time to time

  • I've never tried dip, but snus is awsome for sure. my all time favorite is General Ekstra sterk loose or portion. Cheers from Norway! nice 1

  • @LeinadNesterbegne Dip is just another version of snus really. Copenhagen was made from a recipe that Weyman's danish employees gave him in the 1800's. It never became a national product until the 1960's. meanwhile 1 million Swedish emigrated to America in 1900 and took their snus with them which then made smokeless tobacco really popular and it evolved into in about 1930 skoal. As it is fire cured and used in the bottom lip overthere it makes more juice this is why it is spit tobacco.

  • @snusify This is very interesting! thanks!

    woohoo!

  • Remember to place it in your mouth hahaha that was badass. Wrong lip!

  • my breath smells way better after a nice dip of copenhagen wintergreen.

  • Great video snusify loved the old ads wished they still played ads like on tv

  • dipping back then would be more poppular if they had mud jugs

  • @montev4 in 1930 there were more people in America using smokeless tobacco than there is now.

  • Haha, verrry cool.
