It appears they've used the exact same narration and music as used in the UK cinematic showings, with the slower music and narration noticable here. Was surprised when I first heard it that way, but it makes sense I guess.

Well gee, they actually featured Percy on the front cover!! Something the UK and US covers should've done, heck actually feature Percy in Thomas' place since Percy's the main focus, not Thomas!! -_-'

Strange they used the UK narration for their trailer, but I agree with TheDirtyTrain, it's better than the UK and US ones.
