CPS is doing the same things to us. My wife and I are available and capable of raising our kids. They never said we were unfit, they never accused us of abuse. The POLICE threatened our family, so we can't have our kids, the kids are in custody of the perpetrator, the state. They tell us we are not allowed to talk about the case - meaning don't talk about the violence the state has perpetrated upon us. We are ordered to not speak negatively about the abusive caretakers! Evil abusive system.

We need as much publicity of the crimes being carried out by social workers, against the victims of Domestic Violence.

The transference of residence is horrendous, especially as the aggressor is being given residence.

The courts need the publicity, to make them think about how they're destroying children.

I don't know why exactly an abuser would get custody but this seems to be happening a lot. Just another example of how CPS hates children and will do whatever it takes to throw them to the wolves. CPS doesn't care if children are abused - that's why they ignore the children who are being abused, and steal the children who aren't. We are not dealing with normal people here - CPS agents are just plain evil - you couldn't do this kind of "work" and not be evil.
