@renegade481 Yeah umm first you gotta go to 3rd district and there you'll see there a huge switch with a symbol of lightning on it,. Cast lightning magic on it and gizmo shop will be activated. After that, go to the shop and you see these mechanic steps on the side walls or something like that. Step on all of them to get them halfway down and then examine the clock in the middle of the room to acquire 2 cards. Hope this helps, its been almost 3 years since I last played this game.

@KristineMendoza13 In the third district, there is a pipe with wires sticking up. Lock onto it and use Lightning. A chime might go off, indicating there is power in the Gizmo Shop. So, go to the Gizmo Shop and there are 3 switches on the ledge thing.. I'm not sure what to call it, but once you're on it, walk over all the switches. Then, examine the clock and you'll get 2 postcards.

You must make every item on the syhtesis shop and after that the final item will become available and that is ultima weapon.
