He is exactly right. Lincoln did say this. What most anti-war people don't realize is that Lincoln was the most pro-war President we've had so far. Lincolns' main objective was the centralization of Federal power. Before the war of northern aggression, the states were viewed more like independent countries. After the war of northern aggression, the states were reduced to slaves of the federal government. Read the book "The Real Lincoln".

Of course Lincoln said no such thing. That is a disgusting lie. But comparing this Bush to Lincoln is beyond words. Lincoln was one of the most (if not the most) introspective, thoughtful, and intelligent presidents in our history. Bush has never had a single moment of self examination in his life. He is a dry (maybe) drunk who is still a 9 year old boy. A particularly unpleasant 9 year old boy at that.
