Beautiful piece. I'm very lucky to have had the chance to perform this whole mass with a full choir in a cathedral at the age of 14. I'm honoured. again, stunning piece.

Holy Fuck.
I feel like one fancy motherfucking gentleman listening to this shit. Now I know why cowboys were so badass. Because they lived during the era this music was made. No fucking wonder.
I have never heard a better composer than Karl Jenkins in all of time...every single song of his hits you deep in the soul, which is something VERY rare and NEVER seen in current times. This man is a genious and I'm glad I can experience something as graceful as his music
Beautiful!!! The sound of heaven! When listening to this, you can't help but feel that there's still a chance the world WILL become a better place to be...
We're singing this in my choir and I LOVE this peice. I don't care if it has been do 40,000 times! It's amazing, and I wish everyone would appreciate the amazing rhythm and notes. I sing soprano one and I think the high G was a great touch:)
@thisisthedeadgirl I am a fanatical lover of music and if I did not express my opinions I might as well roll over and die. I do not admire this music and I will never feel stupid for expressing my opinion. Quot homines tot sententie. If there is any need for me to say more I apologise for being here.
Puh-leese! Hasn't L'homme armée been done like, a bazillion times? Time to move on folks, write new texts and remember that only worlds have changed since the 15th century.
There were hundreds, literally hundreds, of parody masses set to this strange little song (l'Homme Armee) during the Renaissance and any modern choir who chooses to learn this setting before any of them is to my musical ear making a big mistake. All the settings I have heard from the Renaissance seem much more musically rewarding and I wouldn't be surprised if all the rest that I haven't heard are better too. I must admit I can't help regarding this as somewhat of a travesty. Pick your composer.
As Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour said: "I am the way, the trouth and the life." Brothers and sisters in Christ, pray for our salvation in the true belief of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, our savior and Reedemer.
Bless you, and may the light of God shine at you and find your heart. PAX.
I really love this, and Karl's works in general. I am thrilled too that Rhydian the singer is going to be working with Karl for Rhydian's upcoming second album
Deeply moving, it speaks to the soul and spirit in the most extraordinary way. Peace cannot be fought for, peace can only be experienced by each one of us when we are able to neutralise all that threatens to overwhelm us.
just beautifull

I'm glad my school's choirs are singing this.. and it is definitely mine, and my friend's favorite piece.
I'm also glad our choir teacher is letting some girls sing the tenor part, because I love singing it!
