Rocky Horror - Columbia - Make Up Tutorial!

People always say I should dress up like Columbia because I already look very similar to her. So this will be helpful if I ever decide to do something crazy like that. Thankyou much. You're absolutely adorable.

One small critique, if you look extremely closely you'll see that she has a bit of a white highlight in the corner of each eye and on top of her cheekbones, just above the blush. Other than that you make a perfect Columbia and this should be required watching for anyone who plays her in a shadow cast.

Quick question, since the beauty spot disappears after either The Time Warp or Hot Patootie, do you have any ideas for a stick on one so that the makeup wouldn't smudge?

@tinkerbellS07 Well Grimas do a great one, you can get it from most party shops (they are usually called Nose Putty or Scar Wax or Derma Wax), worst case scenareo however you can always use a glue stick instead :) xXx

I Have A Question, Hopefully You Can Answer It As Soon As Possible. Are You Using A Charcoal Eye Shadow To Color The Eyes Or Snazaroo Black Face Paint?

@Marc16Jacobs16 I'm using M.A.C BlackTrack fluidline, it's like a cream black but you could use black water colour (it might not be as dark though) but you would need either a kohl pencil or the fluid line to colour the inside of your eye (your fluidline).

I have a question (sort of) I'm not really big on make up and make up supplies, so I don't have things like a flat brush, every shade of lip stick ever, or like sticks of...skin make up (I don't even know the name for it) and I live in an area where I'm not even sure I have access to these things. Is there possibly a simpler way to do it?

@Lrtapdancer Sure :) Lets see... The main attributes of Columbia are her rounded brows, her pink hair and pale skin and her black winged eyes :) So lets see, you could use a glue stick to cover your eye brows, a black water colour for the eye makeup and pink water colour for the brows, and either a pink wig or use spray like I did :) The foundation would just be to make your skin flawless, but if you cant get it thats no problem :) The eyebrows, eyes and hair speak for themselves :)

i have noticed that Columbia's makeup is pretty much done like 1920's silent movie makeup. heavy foundation, heavy blush, red bold lips, heavy eye liner and shadow, and rounded drawn in brows.

@zac613 Aye! If it werent for the wings on the eye makeup and the swept across cheek bones it'd b spot on :) I might do a 1920's look actually, very fun makeup to do, is all about the smokey "round" eyes and "bee sting" lips x
