Avoid Lakeridge at all costs. Last year we bought 3 ski tickets but received 2. They insisted they gave us 3 (even though I had 2 in my hand).
Talked to manager, wouldn't do anything. Had to buy a 4th ticket (for 3 people). Terrible administration and customer serivce. Avoid these guys.
