It has nothing to do with Michael Fassbender being touted as a sex symbol. Michael Fassbender's participation had everything to do with the fact that he trusts Steve McQueen to make a great and relevant film. From what I can tell, the film looks like it's going to be sad and amazing! I hope they win the Oscar!
