just because her liver hadn't used up all her stored glycogen(fat reserves) doesn't mean she was not septable to heart murmers, ketoacidosis, and cellular starvation. the brain can live off of stored glycogan (Carbos), for four hours of fast (being awake)after that the brain will use other reserves for energy fat/ hense atkins dieters are in a constant mode of starvation , thats why it is all gained back instantly. Juse because she has a little body to her does not mean she is no Anorexic.
