Christian Castillo: En los ojos de España - This is the last post in "El Diario de Hoy" regarding this kid. The "Futebol Clube do Porto" is also looking into a possible loan for a season with Castillo. RED BULLS is also considering a possible full transfer for $150,000. That would be a good month for Alianza. RED BULL and the MLS need a player like Castillo with technical skills and an eye for GOALS. I hope he ends up in Portugal at Porto. MLS has its eyes on El Salvador, about time!

I FLEW TO WATCH THIS GAME AND LET ME TELL YOU ALL THE FEELING AND EMOTIONS THAT THIS GAME HAD...........................­....SUPER...............THIS IS WHAT FUTBOL IS ALL ABOUT..............EL SALVADOR PLAYED SUPER AND NEVER GAVE UP......THEY DOMINATED THE USA FOR ALMOST ALL THE GAME....BUT THE USA NEVER GAVE UP AND TIED THE GAME, due to mistakes from the salvadorean golie. This match has been one of my favorites so far....both TEAM DESERVED TO WIN....NO QUESTIONS.

U.S. should of expected the counterattacking strategy of ES and the atmosphere, I expected better but good heart.

Although Bob Bradley has done a good job since taking over the USMNT since 2006.

I think there really jeopardizing obtaining the maximal potential of the National team and missing out by not appointing a European coach already. I strongly believe they need a coach with European based experience to lead the players, in order to reach the elite level of play in the world stage.

Tim Howard was sorely missed. We were very lucky to pull out a point, I fell that Donovan didnt show up like normal either. If we dont make some changes in mid-field then our chances are slim against higher opponents.

Congratulations to the USA and El Salvador people, that was a great game in booth sides. Salvadorans are smaller and weaker than the USA players and they gave all they had to make a good game. But the stamina was not enough for the central americans, and of course tje size. I may think salvaorans are heroes at his country for set in the corner to the 17th team at the FIFA. Goliath can be beaten some times...

i'am salvadorian and i was in the stadium that day, i totally agree with your comment, i feel glad to reed this kind of comments, the US team is tremedously superior to ES team by many factors but ES played as a worthy opponent... US people must recognize that, and theres a lesson for US and the other teams, theres no weak opponent, don't subestimate

Ching set a lot up, mate. He needs to stay! Donovan hardly even touched the ball 2nd half..... Kljestan looks like crap, and we need Altidore and Adu playing regularly again. OR bring up my boy Stu Holden to put in the midfielder... He just seems to have this bad habit of magically making wonderful plays happen, haha. ;-P

I'm was torn between the two teams because they're both my countries, but I wore my usa shirt with pride.

OMG, USA played terribly, the worst they've played in a looong time.

I was proud of El Salvador, they played great and their goals were good, but this is a team that USA should NOT be losing to especially after beating Mexico.

Altidore has got to replace Ching up front. and we need to see Freddy Adu instead of Klijsten. heck Torres played well he should start. but we missed Tim Howard and Oneywu. we have got to play well against T&T

yeah Tim Howard and Oneywu not playing really hurt the US, Torres really showed us something, he has playmaking skills in the midfield and should get the start vs T&T

damn USA did not do so great in the first half....but after 20 min or so in the 2nd half they managed to play better and ended with a tie. it's not bad, but USA could have done better.

Both of my countrys playing. I'm not going to lie that i was surprised that El Salvador was winning it was great don't get me wrong. but USA wasn't playing like the usually do, they were being sloppy. I'm glad it ended in a tie becuz it makes it so much easier on me because its both of my nationalities because i can not pick on over the other. but that doesn't mean the USA couldn't have won 3-0 if they kept playing the way they were towards the end.GREAT GAME!!!

i thought it was really stupid that El Salvadors players were cramping up so bad they would just fall down on the field and kill time. They should really make a rule if your hurt or in pain run off the field and bring in somebody. if this would have not kept happening USA JUST MIGHT have scored earlier on and may have won the game.

That was El Salvadors World Cup last night,the team and crowd came out firing on all cylinders;and we didnt match their intensity for most of the game.All in all 2-2 is a good result after being down 2-0.On a side note,I saw alot of worthy candidates for the El Salvadorian dive team last night.
