Hi Emma love the tutorial just have a question about blending because I have big eyes and from what I can see , I think the smokey eye best suits me just having trouble blending. Is their away one can get a chart and practice on that or just keep practicing on one self? I just get a tad frustrated but I still keep practicing because I am starting to get the hang of it but not the blending where one eye is off and then I have to start over, again great video and hope to hear from you soon. thanks
thank you. very informative for me. i have what seems to me a difficult eye lid shape. but now that i have a break down of the parts of the eyelid, i have a little more confidence in trying detailed eye palettes. thanks again.
This helps so much! Love how you use the diagrams and number them. I have always loved makeup, even sold some, but never felt comfortable with it on me. Keep up the good work :-) would love to see more color combos and maybe just 2 colors?
whats the purpose of the colors on the tear ducts? i try it and it nevers turn out right or my eyes water resulting in colored crust or eye boogers :)
@HEKNOWSTHEPLANS putting a bright or light color on the tear duct brightens the eyes. it makes them look brighter and more awake. if you're getting "eye boogers" it's probably because it's getting into the actual tear duct. try to put it on the skin around the actual tear duct without getting it in the tear duct itself.
@Ashbogashlei what Brushes are using ? Use a light hand, let the brush do the work. U only need to blend "edges" of ur eyeshadow, u dont need to blend the shadows together just where the colors meet. Get a Soft blending brush Like MAC 217 or Sigma Dupe. One GREAT trick is to apply Loose transparent setting powder on ur Lid after ur Primer, and ur shadow will blend really well cus it has a smooth base
How about for Asian eyes? For the monolids? I really wanna put some color on my eyes, but it doesn't really look good on me. Often it just looks as if I forced some color on my eyes, as supposed to just highlighting it.

My colors always blend together so it looks like one ugly color... What could I do to prevent that?
