If you have gout the best way to get rid of it (besides completely changing your diet) is to take one tablet of Colchicine every hour until you get nauseous, throw up, OR get diarrhea. I have taken as many as 10-12 in one 12-hour period...this will fix the immediate attack.
I have gout but I'm a vegetarian. I don't get it. Why do I have gout? I was told that my uric acid levels were really low. Is there any help for a person who doesn't eat meat? I'm 25 years old.

i have gout and i am trying to drink cherry juice everyday.... seems working well with me, no harm to try it!

do you drink beer or take any alcohol ? beer is very bad for your health and gout.
