but the same thing can be done in Final Cut Pro with a 8 point garbage matt and lowering the opacity. You dont need to do all this with after effects but to each his own or however that saying goes. And to give it that creepy coloring, color corrector. =) but either way works lol

there is an easier way, you can film the shot once, and then one time with the person in it. Then you can lower the opacitiy in the one with the person but yours looks wayy more professional

you way of doing the ghost effect actually seems harder. sure if the camera was still then that would be great. but it would be hard to take a shot with no actor and then do the same exact camera movements with the actor in the shot.
