The girl's name is actually Toshiko Koshijima, and she's the lead singer for the duo capsule. Yasutaka Nakata, the guy next to her in the photo, is the one who composes, writes, and produces all of their music. He also does lots of work for other popular acts such as Perfume, MEG, and most recently Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
