oddly enough, I like that speed. while it is a complex piece, it was written to be played with some speed and vigor. however, I will agree that the registration needs some work. it looks and sounds like a smaller digital organ.

Yeah could have done with slowing down a tad, and a slightly fuller registration for the beginning and end, but other than that..

Definitely too fast. It's all too easy to get carried away with this piece and there's a temptation to show off how quickly you can play it, but it's one of those pieces that actually sounds better when played more slowly - there are a lot of complex harmonies that tend to get swallowed up at higher speeds.
