Does the wording or diagnosis matter? Either way it sounds like a major lifestyle and dietary overhaul is needed. I would highly recommend reading "The Diabetes Solution" by Dr. Richard Bernstein. This is the starting point for all of my diabetic patients. I wish you health and happiness.

Iam confused, I just has a glucose tolerance, 93 before meal, 280 30 minutes later after drinking the nasty drink (glucose test drink) 30 minutes later 180, and hr hr later after drinking 137, one doctor told me I am diabetic,, I saw second opinion and I was told I am prediabetic,,, the day of the second opinion I has a diabetic strip test and I was 104 after 1 hr breakfast,,, am I diabetic, prediabetic? or what???? please explain,, thanks,, (by the way, I am over weith and 38 yrs old)
Buy food at the grocery store. Purchase it fresh in the produce department. Avoid the processed crap... if we as individuals stop buying the junk, large corporations will have to stop selling it.
Regardless of whether it is diabetes, anxiety, heart disease, allergies, etc., I have seen it over and over again, making nutritional changes is one component of getting back on the road to health. It isn't easy to change how we eat, but it is worth the efforts. Good luck.
and were do you want us to get good food? thats all they sell mostly is processed freaking food? Concienance? Yeah its pretty hard to ignore wanting to eat ya know. Shouldnt the damn goverment do something? And when i say something i dont mean give fat people money for shit they can deal with themselves i have a REAL anxiety disorder that requires REAL help not a fucking disease that requires me to go on a diet on my own.
