the rocker chair shouldn't be on a high surface just in case the child bounces the chair off the surface. always put the chair on the floor. I may not have a child of my own, but I did study childcare for 4 years to know what to do to prevent an accident.

Plus, babies need to have some exposure to germs, it's how they build up their resistance to them. If you keep them too unexposed as a baby, they'll just get sick as a toddler when they're free to run around on their own.
