  • !@#$%^&*()

  • I am sure that the author of this vid made it and posted it in order to share knowledge . I posted a comment asking questions to the author of this video, but he/she never responded. I have nothing against syria/syrians as I watch lots of syrian drama and I visited syria twice.

  • It would be nice if you could add a part 3 showing the many ancient Christian churches in Syria, since there are so many of them there.

  • and part 4 showing the jews destroying the country

  • I love it !! most of my family is from syria although my mom and dad were born in chile!! I want to visit SO badly i enjoy everything about the syrian culture !! thanks For the video!! its GREAT!!

  • i wanna go back home, to syria! :(

  • Hey!! How are you? You mentioned in your comment that you really want to go back to Syria. I'm assuming you live in the US. I was wondering if there is a sizable Syrian population in the US?

I was just curious; I'm not Syrian but I really want to visit.

  • cn i join you

  • la youghader wala yakod karamatahou? hahaha laken 7ekem souria bikharrib bled jirano w byesro2 amwel lebnen w bya3mil ettisalat serriye ma3 el 7oukoume el isra2iliye. w ba3ed 3am te7ke 3an karamet souria? e emmak 3ala emm baladak yalli bye3mar 3a 7seb kharab belden 2oukhra

  • god answer

  • first, thanx for the effort and the video. you seem to have put many hours into this, but I would like to point out some stuff. You made this video about Syria yet it is mostly about Damascus. You omitted Syrian attractions like the castle of Aleppo, Palmyra, ma3loula, ugaret and others. also, you presented food like kebbe, falafel, shawerma, baklava are turkish and knaffa is Palestinian; thus not syrian.

I guess it is time to edit it and add more accuracy and diversity.

  • Très bon vidéo, ça présent vraiment la vrai Syrie, merci beaucoup

  • love syria syrian for ever syria

  • such a wonderful documentary

  • Great Video God bless Syria, good people! great culture

  • fantastic! i wanna visit syria now

  • Thank you for giving me a moment of joy in my life, by watching this video. GOD bless Syria and the rest of the world.

  • عذراً؛ فأنا ... سوري... عربي...وأفتخر

  • GREAT documentry...I love it

    viva damascus...viva syria

  • In history 1865 to 1960's to this present day in the history books in exeter shops it said Algeria use to be responsible for all the wars around the world. Their maybe peace in Algeria now that I would like to see but the war in Afgan and Iraq and Syria and Iran is still going on with the british.

  • long live syria

  • Long live Syria :D

  • It is beautifull documantry, i must say!!.. but, also alot of things are not coreectly represented..then it is mainly about damascus where i never saw the kind of people in the picture,, anyway it was worth watching it.. LONG LIVE SYRIA :D

  • Wonderful documentary, I miss Damascus even more now :(

  • love the music.. ut .. also here in turkey we have and the same food so so delicious.. Syria is a fascinating country and i am in Love with Syria....

  • It's so refreshing to view a documentary with narrative that explains the pictures (a nice combination of video and stills). Most "travel" videos on youtube are a bunch of pictures giving no idea what they are about. As for the various comments, while there are some that are thoughtful, it is sad that some only seem to have words of hate. Thanks, great video.

  • syrian dogs

  • nice i will go one day, i love it

  • I heard when its time to get married I should go to Sooriyya

  • great video, but as i know Nancy is from Lebanon..

  • I agree! wtf?

  • hamidiye souk in Dimeshq by made Sultan el Osmani Abdulhamid Khan el sani we'l janna maqaan...

  • I second eaglefromsyria. A lot of effort is put in this video....but the conclusion that gets stuck in the back of the viewer's head is the rural aspect. Most of the people that appear in this documentary are from the rural and desert areas of Syria....no such an impression of modern LOOKING people!

  • Thanks for the feedback, I will take it into account. It sounds like a great documentary subject...next one inshallah

  • es2ala hamadiya market. bas 7e6olkon wa7ed be ha vedio 3ale wesh dawo shway. m32ol sh3bna kelo shawaya. syiran food. kebe tabole knafe baqlawa 2wama. y2boosh

  • Great

  • keep going a great job, as a syrian i appreciate what you did

  • I can't see the great job by showing bedouinss, as a syrian, I say, she's got some effort but she didn't present syria well. Syrians aren't bedouins or have mustaches can bond a donkey! lol

p.s. Oussayma be democratic and don't delete my comment this time ;)

  • you'r right ..we must reviewing the modern aspect of syrian life..!!

  • are you ashamed of the bedouins???

i went to syria twice and saw alot of bedouins. they are the preservers of the arabian heritage and you should be more ashamed of the idiots in big cities who imitate the american dream instead of integrating aspects of western life into their own in a more natural way.

bedouins are tough and sweet people. you should be proud of them.

  • YES i'm ashamed of them and all arabs too, leave me alone

  • wts to be ashamed of them? like she said they r

tough and more important they stick to islam more

    then us.

  • syria rox baby !
