Y r ur videos always sooooo short??? uhh! it's like I always wanna c more, but u cut it real short and ur always in a rush. I mean, what is the point??
And how did it come out?? U don't show us the results or nothin
The relaxers that she seems to be using on her clients is Mizani...which is a wonderful hair product. after switching my previous relaxing product to Mizani..i have seemed to have less breakage, and my hair seems more healthier. Most salons aren't allowed to sell you Mizani relaxers bc you have to be licensed, but some hair (stores) do. She also uses Moroccan oil to moisturize the hair and style it-- you can buy this product online as well.
Hair stores? Only hair salons are licensed to sell Mizani. Please do not buy any "Mizani" products from a hair shop. Might be chemically altered and all that good stuff.
most BSS sells mizani(my mistake, that's what i mean't when i said hair stores)...& i've gotten mine from them w/ no problem. how do you think anyone who self relaxes buy's mizani w/o a license? sure can't buy it at a salon :0)
i said this already in my initial comment about being licensed to sell mizani(incase you overlooked it) a/w my point was for those who don't have a license they do have other options of getting one(i've yet to hear anyone say that when they brought a mizani relaxer @ a BSS that it was altered). most ppl would use common sense on where they would & wouldn't buy a relaxer from.
Common sense isn't common most of the time. And even when people have it, its better to be educated. There's a documentary of the "black hair industry" on youtube ( I know Mizani isn't necessarily a 'black' product, that's not what I'm saying) Just that I watched it and it opened my eyes a bit. You might wanna check it out that's all. And ofcourse not all Mizani products that aren't from a salon are altered. Just saying ppl should be careful. Comprende?
I only buy mizani and im not sure if only liscened(however you spell it lol) salons sell it. Sometimes I get mine off the Air Force Base in the salon or in some of the salons in Walmart. Even in those salons their are Paul Mitchell, Chi and other well known brands. It all depends on where you are. I live in California.
That's a good point. Maybe it depend on where you are. I dont know. I was only saying what I read on the site. Oh well, I only have my hair and that's all I should worry about really. I guess everyone should do what works for them.
I noticed that you don't really answer comments, but I'll ask my question anyway, in the hope that you will. Can you wrap set on nappy/woolie hair that isn't relaxed?

Can someone tell me what is the purpose of putting the rollers?
How is this different from just wrapping the hair regularly?

symphany6 3 years ago
yes you can; doing a blow out; wash, hair and dry with a comb attatchment; flat iron and do a dry wrap
iamsourceenergy 2 years ago
what does a dry wrap do for the hair? I thought wrapping and drying under the dryer was an alternative for drying with a hand held dryer?
VeeBee81 2 years ago
yes...look at the video for dominican blow outs
