That is so L's theme song, he lost his parents when he was (5 I believe?) and he had pretty much no friends, until Light and Misa then when L hears the Knell he feels that he is going to die so he tries to apologize to Light for how he was treated......I wonder did Ryuuzaki hear the bells calling for his parents?
