@tetracore66 He missed it. It's on the platforms right above where he wall-jumps at 1:50. Clear the next Robo-mite mound and jump left from the leftmost part of that ledge to grab ahold. The health powerup is to the left.

Note that you can get an easy skill point by downing the blimp with the Qwark symbol on it with a shot from the flux rifle.
