yup unscrew old board and pull it off, plug in new board and screw it in takes ten mins from disasembly ,to install, to rebuild =]

How did you  swap the L.E.D.'s they're tiny! please offer any help i have seen tutorials but they dont really explain the easiest way to do it, thanks.

Yes same as the center LED, 0603 smd work fine.
