that took way too long. all i would have done is thrown a huge clump of ropes into the water. it would have gotten wrapped up in the prop and killed the motor. i know this cuz i forgot to pull the anchor in my boat once and i took off. motor died and i thought WTF. oops anchor

the people would off already jumped out of the boat, because if it is spinning you can very easily stop it because it is an outboard! so they would of already been out of the boat.
