  • we were doing a listening in my french lesson and the person in the tape said she liked this band so my teacher found this and me and my friend were like 'we have to find the english lyrics for this' so thanks this has made it so much easier =]

  • "She's a part of me,

    Elle fait partie de moi"

I'm positive that it's actually "She left me"

  • No, I think it's not... I speak French (so please excuse my mistakes), and "elle fait partie de moi" means well that the girl is a part of him.

"She left me" is translated by "elle m'a quitté" or "elle est partie" ;D

  • Oui Oui C'est Vrai!

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!! im taking french and my teacher played it for us!!

  • Being able to sing the french lyrics makes me feel more confident with my french speaking. Thanks for uploading

  • In the info box, you said you wanted to be corrected, so I wanted to point out that the line in the third verse should say, "that does more good than harm" not "then harm." Thank you very much for posting both translations of the lyrics, though. I'm definitely going to subscribe.

  • Thank you very much! Will fix that now ^.^!

  • J'adore ce chanson !!! C'est ma favorite

  • looooOooove this song !!!! =) <3

  • in the first verse shouldn't learned be spelled appris not aprris

  • Thank you very much for pointing that out :D! Will fix it now :)!

  • Thank you so much for the lyrics in english on these videos, it makes me love these songs even more!! :D

  • it's a pity that this band was dissolved 1 or 2 years ago

  • Hey Dioanyblabo!

Yes it is a pity but I came across the band "Empyr" during my Youtube-ing and although they sing in English their sound is very similar to that of Kyo. So if you're looking for more music like theirs - it's the closest thing ^.^.

As the lead singer is Benoît Poher (the lead singer of Kyo) and even Florian Dubos is the guitarist of Empyr as he is here.

    Empyr is awesome =D

  • What's the name of the guy with the dreadlocks???

...never heard of this band...let alone the song...I just randomly found it but I like the tune. =D

  • The name of the guy with the dreadlocks is Florian Dubos. His brother (Fabien Dubos) is the drummer ^.^.

I also came across the song randomly, a little while ago and just fell in love with the music =p.

  • aww...i wanted to say something XD

i know the melody of the song from another song XD

    can anybody help me?

  • I just listened to it three times... And still listening to it! =p

But nope, no idea whatsoever =/. Will keep listening though ;). If I do realise what the melody sounds like I'll tell you!

    ~ Bianca @ LingoLyrics

  • oh that's very nice ;)

but i don't know ...maybe the song i mean is only popular in germany!?

but thank you very much :))

  • a l'ecole je n'aime pas appredre francais mais avec la musique c'est plus simplement^^

is it correct what i wrote?xDD

  • Hey!

Yes, I understood eveything =D. Just "apprendre" and plus - "simple" or "facile". I know exactly what you mean, I disliked learning French in school as well! And what use is knowing the word sharpener or eraser o.0? Hee hee! With music you actually learn phrases and they get stuck in your head =D. I love this song ^.^

    ~ Bianca @ LingoLyrics

  • oh thx^^

yeah i look at the lyrics in french and in german and so i know what they mean and the sentences are easier to learn cuz you can fill other words in but it's still the same correct grammar ;)

i don't know what is use knowing these words but maybe when ur in france and go shopping and you need an sharpener or eraser for school!? or ur doing an exchange...but i don't know xDD

  • Haha if you go to school in France it might be useful. XD CRAP j'ai oublié ma gomme! Il me faut ta gomme s'il vous plaît! ;D

  • Hahaha! True =P

  • Yeup I had to print the lyrics for this because we're going to learn this song in French class, along with A Whole New World from Aladdin in French. We have to perform it at open house lmao. (:

  • Aww, awesome song! And you'll remember the lyrics forever =p. We never did anything fun like that in my French class -.-.

Anyway, good luck with the singing = ).

    ~ Bianca @ LingoLyrics

  • Lmao we're also doing Ça plane pour moi... it's so fast! @.@ My teacher wants me to cut the dirty parts.

  • Muahaha, that's so true, it is fast.

You should see what happens when he tries to make his fifth period sing. We fail kinda hard. xD

  • :O I just listened to it and tried to keep up with the lyrics and :O... Yes. Good luck with that! Hee hee =P

I ended up in a fit of giggles -.- .

    - Bianca

  • which dirty parts?O_o"

  • Not exactly dirty in particular, but inappropriate for school...

  • ... If anyone knew... what I was talking about I wasn't talking about this song... >_> So, don't negative me! :(

  • such a pretty song, i wish i could understand french, je saigne encore is an amazing one too

  • I agree. I love Kyo and their easy to listen to rock sound ^.^. Learn French through music, most fun way to do it =). We'll have our site up and running soon ^.^!

  • 'Before the shadows and indifference,

    A dizziness, then silence...'

    Very cool. French rocks!

  • Amazing lyrics...
