78019 and her sisters look as fine traveling backwards as they do forwards. Many tender engines look kind of unbalanced going in reverse, but 78019's sleek tender changes everything. As for Birch Grove (sorry, I always prefer to use names rather than numbers), BR Black, while a striking, regal livery in general (when kept clean), stifled that particular loco's character. However, the Southern Railway colors look fantastic on her.
I didn't even realise 78019 was away! Proves how much I pay attention! But, it's nice to see it somewhere else for a change and it's not being overshadowed by Cromwell and Lamiel!

78019 is the ideal branchline engine. Makes more noise on the Bluebell than on the GC. The 1:75 gradients are good for it!
