Final Fantasy XII Sequel in the works - FFXV / FFXII-2

now in my opinion what SE should have made was a mmo in ivalice world,that would be the best mmo ever.wow was nice because players had already some knowledge about the world.just to think in create a mage or a gunner and in archadia or rozarria and travel ivalice in airships make me cum.rabanastre,bujerba,mt bur omisace...

SE thinks every single world they make will be sucesful?well i tell you spira and ivalice were but all the others werent.thumbs up if you want a mmo in ivalice.

@Marceleleco16 An MMO would be great in ivalice, all the races would be sweet, I would wanna play as a mog lancer. I also would love to play a game set during the time of Ajora and the Zodiac braves, I thought FF 12 would be that game but instead Ajora is only mentioned once when you defeat a magic pot. Ivalice from FFT war of the lions, ff12 and vagrant story are the only ivalice games in my opinion, all those FFT advance games were gay and should not have even had the name ivalice put on them.

dudes,ff xii was one of the better ff to date.most people who dont like it are kids who wanted a love history and a emo protagonist like in x, vii and viii.ff xii was only one chapter of the history of ivalice.i bet there will be another games that will focus more on the war between rozarria and archadia.

I don't want a sequel to FFXII. It was a VERY great game, but it doesn't deserve a sequel since they basically rid the corruption of the empire out of Dalmasca. I mean, XII goes through ALOT; there shouldn't be more. I hope XV is a little like XIII but with towns and a Leveling system.

FFXV, though in the works, it is not a sequel to XII.

As Hmong said, there IS another XII sequel in the works, and yes, it's called Fortress, but it's currently tightly under wraps; we only even know it exists because Square fired the people who they had working on it, due to the terrible job they were doing. This caused the company to go bankrupt, and now no one really knows who's working on the game, or if it's still actually being worked on.

@Shaiath Actually that was one of many, there's still a rumoured company working on it, but We'll have to see, unfortunately, SE has said that they want to keep the FFXIII Fabula Nova Crystallis compilation running for 10 years as they put it, but I hope it doesn't, in my opinion FF13 was a bit of a disappointment, stunning graphics, interesting battle system, epic fail of character substance and plot line.

@Death4want Many? I doubt that; they remade the game, made a direct sequel and have a second sequel on hiatus at the moment. I doubt it's going to be a huge project like VII, because it wasn't really too well received by some.

And, I've never heard of FNC lasting ten years; they've only got the three games announced for it, and there haven't been any legitimate rumours about sequels to XIII or spin-offs -- (Such as the one about playing Fang/Vanille's story from the past) -- it's all total bunk

@Shaiath It was announced that those three games will span the decade span until 2019. As in they won't release a mainstream game until that year apparently. I'm referring to the versus and agito as well, there won't be anything else.

Also I was referring to many "rumours" or "secret projects" that I have heard of, not anything of actual entirety.

I highly doubt Final Fantasy XV is going to be a sequel to XII. Square has never done that before in their existence. Also, the game was originally developed by a gaming company called "GRIN". Square Enix apparently bought them out and used their shit, it was supposed to be secretly in the makes but guys in the ups leaked it. The name is Final Fantasy XII - Fortress. Hopefully a sequel.
