Rocket Raccoon is terrible. Low damage output and ridiculously low HP. There is no risk/reward, only risk.

LMAO, the character performance depends on the PLAYER. It matters on how YOU play him. Sure RR has low damage and health but he has size, projectiles, speed and traps to make it up.The newest characters haven't been fully exposed especially RR. All characters are great.

Like, why use shopping cart assist when you can just use Akuma or Ryu tatsu assist
