Hi, thanks, this is my Bailey. He is wearing a wrap, as he has IVDD and has "accidents" when nervous or excited. In the Eddie's wheel cart, dogs/animals CAN go to the bathroom them selves. the cart is designed for that and designed for the pet. Bailey has been down for a year now with IVDD but thanks to Eddie's Wheels he can walk and chase his tennis balls! Eddie's Wheels is caring and really makes sure your animal is comfortable with their own cart. Thanks to Them Bailey can walk!

@surf403 as long as they have the nappy thing on they can go bathroom, you dont have to take the nappy off to go on the wheelchair
