In other words using Sony Vegas for the raw videos (putting the gifs on the fitting backgrounds and converting them into videos), making it lip sync in Ulead Video Studio (Vegas likes crashing for me when I try to put several cut clips in a row) and having a shitload of patience made this possible.

You can also do that with Adobe Flash, but for me it's too complicated.
