Iv'e done 60,000 miles in mine since I bought it for £5000 and it has averaged 88.7 mpg. On my 40 mile motorway trip to work it averages 107 mpg with a door to door best of 127 mpg. It has now paid me back the £5000 in saved fuel, so it is now a free car, just like the road tax.....FREE Oh, and it's going up in price as well!! Does your car do any of this? Prolly not, so eat your hearts out :o)

@marcopon ...but it is compromising luggage compartment. The only thing which drives me into this after climagate are the technical aspects and you can go much farther with only 3,5l/100km
