@MegaOSUI Yes the cheats can be turned off. In the menu you just press the same button you did to enable the cheats. As far as risks go the only risky thing is putting the Custom Firmware on, and no. This cannot be used by laptop as it is a .vfw (Not sure about the file extension?) plugin that is used in the firmware of the psp itself.

In order to use cheats you need CUSTOM FIRMWARE

If you dont have this, go and do some research, find out how to get it (not all psps can have custom firmware)

The Cwcheats is a plugin you can run when youre using custom firmware.

If you have custom firmware google cwcheats and download the latest release.

Copy all files into 'seplugins' folder and make sure the cheat.db is up to date (with freedom unite cheats)

To activate in game hold the select button and folow the onscreen instructions.
