According to my copy of the OCR CD, the female gargoyle (Loni) is played by Yvonne Ritz Andersen. However, this song is arranged differently than it is on the CD and the performer who plays Esmeralda in this production is different than the one on the CD, so it looks like they had time to make some changes to the cast before this video was filmed. That is to say, I'm NOT SURE THAT THIS IS Andersen, that's just my guess. I listened to both but cant tell if it's the same singer by the vocal tone.
Basically the Gargoyles are trying to tell him he'll get over Esmeralda, but his response to them is "What would you know about feelings, your heart is made of stone."
At the end he wishes that HIS heart were also made of stone because that it wouldn't break.
