"Free my Heart so my Soul may Fly." This is my favorite track and CD by Meshell. She preaches throughout the CD. An interesting bit to the line up is Meshell walked into a Music store in LA to check out some equipment and heard this Guitarist killing it like Jimi Hendrix. She like his (Allen Cato) playing so much she invited him to the studio shortly after-wards and recorded this song. Supposedly she said she had not heard a Guitarist express himself on a Wah Wah pedal like this since Hendrix. 1

@BlackIceTheory Oh yeah .. Cato is the REAL thing.  He is from my hometown. His dad plays guitar also VERY WELL. I used to sing in a band with his Dad and I see a lot of him in the way Cato plays .. from rifts to facial expressions, etc.
