Thank you...didnt know to drop the boxes in the garage...i was hauling them up the stairs directly to Sinamoi. In this video theres another quest to shut off the electrical that i did. It opened the other garage and theres a pretty good weapon in there if i remember.

So I just looked this video up because I'm on my second play through, and the first time I just ran through the water to the roof, but this time I wanted to see how you turn the power off. Then you showed me this way, so I do it, I get to the top, then when I get up there I start attacking the thug, the the other zombie grabs me, then the thug hits me while that one has ahold of me and he knocks me into the water and I get electrocuted to death.
