Mayhem is a mid level fighter, he has never been a Champion, even in small organizations. He hasn't called out any of the top guys in his weight at Strikeforce, but he can be charming when not being to much of a braggart.

The only time Miller ever called out Shields was after he beat Henderson, everyone knew he was going to the UFC, if he stayed there were 5-6 fighters ahead of Miller, starting with Jacare.

So it was safe to grab the camera and call out the guy leaving

He called Shields out when he was leaving and there were several fighters ahead of him. Pretty safe. Miller had both hands on the SIDE of Shields head, Shields had his chin pushed down on his chest as far as possible. NO ARM or even HAND BEHIND his neck or head.

You need & arm under the chin & one behind the head to finish. That's why when Shields corner yelled 9 seconds he could " relax & wait " & it's why he jumped up at the bell.

It only take 3-4 seconds without blood to brain & your out cold
