esta versión esta buena porque todavía tenían el hammond t102 que les daba ese toque tanto progresivo como más modernoso. cuando lo dejaron de usar en 1981 perdieron parte del sonido. y cuando dejaron de usar el prophet 10 que sonaba parecido pero no igual despues de 1984, perdieron el sonido del todo, aunque seguían interpretando bien los temas, pero ya no sonaban tan bien como hasta ahí. los teclados decían mucho de la banda. tony banks es un capo, pero hasta ahí.
In The Cage = a highlight in a Genesis show. Whether it's this show, Three Sides Live or Live Over Europe, I still get chills when hearing it. Purely epic.

The Lyceum Show..i always wonder what was the matter with Phil. He´s so fierce, so manically looking, his stare..like being agressive on Speed..really i wonder if he was on something that day..
there was a lot of coke i those days I think -- saw them at forest hills and he was coated in sweat and crazed from the first 5 minutes to the end of the supper's ready encore...
I do agree with the song choices for that medley. The mama tour was the best medley song choices so overall I suppose it was my favorite version. Depends on the day. I got to hear this song live for the first time ever Oct. 07 and that was a highlight. However the dropped keys were really annoying for most songs but if that is the only Genesis we can get live now then I will centainly take it.
he sounded a lot like gabriel in the beginning, it's hard to tell the difference with some simgs (like Fountain of Salmacis on "Three sides live"). Here even it is close

You are mistaken, the Three sides live vresion had the part of The Cinema Show. The TSL version was recorded at Nassau Coliseum on 1981
