Ummm....I am using an older version of Windows Movie Maker...I dont know where to find the tast button, so i can't really add in cool transitions...any idea?
Search around on the toolbar. Tools should have it. Sometimes you have to look around. Also go to google, put in the version you have and the word transitions. Someone on a message board will have the answer.
when i imported a movie onto windows movie maker, i shortened the movie and then i added it onto youtube, but the gaphics are blurry and you can hardly see anything. how do you fix that?
No, when you publish the movie. When you are finished editing choose Publish Movie. Then when you get to the choices try Windows Media Portable 1MB or Windows DVD Quality 3MB.
That was great. You did a great job on your video, features I've learned that window movie maker has. I want to thank you personally for the wonderful opportunity of showing how to use wmv format integrated for YouTube users.
I haven't tried doing any of that yet. I know that if you make them bigger it can change the pixels. Maybe try making them a little smaller, see if that works.
Yes, record the music as a wav file and upload it to movie maker, then edit it in the music window. Cut it where you want to make it shorter. Then Save Movie File As.
I started with WMM last night on my own- and moved on to Sony Vegas now today~ Will use both until I get Adobe, and thanks for demonstrating this, I wish I saw this first.~Blessings
I don't know how to do it on Movie Maker, but in Sony Vegas, there is a small slider on the lower left box, with a bronze arrow; if you slide it to the right, it speeds up your music or voice so that you sound like Alvin the chipmunk.
When making these video's use a screen capturing software such as Camtasia Studio or Adobe Captivate, trial versions I believe are available. Still very good though :)

Yes you can load from your DVD but it has to be a file that Youtube accepts such as MPEG, MP4, WMV, AVI, MOV7.

Try a different rendering. 620 x 240 is the best.

it's not an option, it's an effect. Place the SpeedupDouble effect on the clip that you want sped up.
