    On weight loss though - honestly, I really didn't begin to get any LIGHTER until I started eating better. But even before changing my diet patterns, while riding the Trikke for fun and eating junk food, I still noticed an improvement in body shape overall (pants fit better, increased stamina, etc...). With regular Trikking and improved diet plan, I've lost close to 40 lbs since May.

    It's a very cool feeling - so KEEP ON IT!

  • I have my measurements too, but the weigh in keeps me in the accountability mode. Also for the same reason. I am not changing my diet right now, because I want to keep this DOABLE. After I get this change, then that will come next. THANK YOU for the support. It is great to have all this encouragement.
