  • Why haven't this got more views?

  • Really fucking awesome cover mate!

Can you please tell me IF this is the MILLENIUM MESH HEAD / MPS-600 E-DRUM SET ?

  • @pevettimies This the Millenium Transformer bundle, check it on thomann website.

  • @MetallicaFran and thanks ;)

  • Sick cover!!

  • Im thinking to buy one of those kit, but cant find any reliable review on the internet. Also only find at one store on Germany. Could you give a video tour of your drum set please and little review about noise, etc... tks!

  • I would like to know how loud are the mesh pads on this drum kit. Is it loud or it's the same as rubber pads? Thanks.

  • @modrany14300 Makes less noise than the rubber ones, but don't forget the cymbals's. But don't make much noise ;)

  • How you connect your hihat controller (mine 2.0=) to your hihat cymbal pad and hihat stand?

  • @Sleitanic i connect the mine via cable ,like a normal pad, to the module :)

  • @MetallicaFran I mean that how you put your cymbal pad to your hihat stand and hihat controller.. How do you set up it that it works perfectly ( open and close function)

  • @Sleitanic Sorry man :) So first the mine then the cymbal. first i didn't know how to mount it, but i can't explain here. I can send you a photo. Give me your e-mail

  • I have a question about the kit I have a Millenium MPS 600 pro but not with mesh heads i am happy with it but i also want a mesh head kit to combinate the two sets

My Question: Can i put the 2 Kits together with a midi cable?

all i heard of this kit is that the hihat should be not so good

but what are you thinking. I dont care about of this only open and not open thats not so bad i Think my is has the same i dont care.

  • Nice Cover:)

I have E Drum mps 100 and i want to know, what is better the mps 600 drum module OR Alesis DM 5 Drum module?? (Sory for my English:)

  • @williamasd1231 I don't have Alesis DM 5 module man, i don't know, but the mps-600 is very good, very customizable..

  • @MetallicaFran Ok Thanks:)

  • how loud this edrum set is? I mean pads and cymbals

  • @Sleitanic the cymbals are a bit loud compared with mesh heads, but it's normal in every e-drum set.. even the mighty Roland ahah

  • Very nice cover! I got this kit and just set it up but because of the combination of parts I found it extremely difficult to set up the cymbals and hi-hat... any tips? :)

  • @Korsfestelse Man do not remember me of it xD

I was so stressed in that part .. but it is very simple those cylindrical shape parts where you tight the cymbal, you have to put it on the cymbal hole :) but give me your e-mail or facebook to explain you by photos, my english is not that great..

  • Hey! Great cover! Congrats on your new kit. I also bought one of these )) . But i'm having a problem. I have to hit quite hard to get any response from the snare/tom pads. I put the sensitivity to maximum but it did't help much. i still have to hit hard to get any response from the module. Could you help with some advice? Thanks!

  • @Anthropophag Yes i can! xD

You need to click utility>trigger now choose one of the pads and put this configs: sensitivity: 48, thresh: 0, curve: normal, x_talk: 0. and that's it, then about the rim you need to balance your's, i have not made that yet so try yourself, do the same thing to the cymbals ;)

  • amazing cover! Can you do an other cover where we can see all your drum? thanks if you can ;)

  • Nice vid (already subscribed).

So have I gotten it right that you have a MIDI to usb connection from the MPS-600 module to your computer running AD which then play the sounds?

I'm new to all the "computer-stuff" when it comes to drumming..

And how have you recorded the sound, AD itself or another software?

Thanks for any reply and a awesome video!

  • @thegirlsaver Thanks man! That's it i connect via usb to the computer, then i use the roland-td12 basic map :)

I've recorded with boss micro-br, but you can record with reaper software, which i use to run addictive drums, because ad is not a standalone software

  • @MetallicaFran Thanks fo the answer. I've done a little more study now and got some more question...

I've downloaded the AD demo and hosted it in vsthost and it work, more or less(just have to get the right mapping for my mps-400). But I keep having a latency problem. where the sound triggers a couple of ms after I've hit the trigger. Do you have the same problem using mps-600? what kinda usb interface do you use?

And have does the the hihat controller (mine 2.0) work in AD?

  • @thegirlsaver No problem ;)

About the latency you have to download ASIO to end the problems of delay, then just activate the ASIO in reaper, and go to preferences and choose ASIO output. With ASIO you're not going be able to hear another sound from any application without the reaper / AD because ASIO cancels all other sound applications outputs. And yes the hihat controller (mine 2.0) works perfectly :)

  • @MetallicaFran Thanks. I finally got it to work with asio. But how do you choke the cymbal? How do you configure it? And my e-kit normally have 3 levels for the hi-hat. But now it only got open and closed and not semi open. can you help me?

  • AWESOME cover dude

  • @deliorider14 Thanks! \m/

  • You certainly have an accurate ear. I started exactly the same way as you, without even owning a set. Actually, I still don't have a set where I live now :p I'm very interested in buying this set though, does hitting the pads/cymbals make a lot of noise? What about your overall experience with them? Are you happy with the build quality? Thanks!

  • @Porgos Yes that's it! :D

As for the drum, i'm enjoying a lot and exceeded my expectations, connected to the PC greatly improves the sound due to the quality of these studio software. As for the quality and robustness of the drum hardware, you can count on good stuff, you can see that the metal of the joints is very solid and the structure of the drums does not move while playing! So I highly recommend buying this kit ;)

  • @Porgos Does not make much noise hiting the drums :)

  • @MetallicaFran Excellent, thanks!!

  • Wait, wtf, you've been playing for a week? I swear I've seen you drum on one of your vids before.... And if you're really playing for a week you shouldn't rush and start playing fast songs like this.

  • @CrazyShooter199 the drum of the other video wasn't mine. I only had in my house for a week.

  • @CrazyShooter199 "I received the drums a week ago, so i BASICALLY just started playing the drums since then, so be nice:)"

  • @MetallicaFran oh ok :P cool drumming anyway

  • Are you using a mac or pc to record and for addictive drums?

  • @hajen9000 Fuck mac xD i use a usb cable to connect the drums to pc. I record with boss micro-br, but you can record with reaper. It works very well, i also installed ASIO codec because without it you will have the sound delayed but is very simple.

  • Which is the name of the kit that you are using? Or is a VST?

    Good work...

  • @karmanin The kits of the drum are cool. But with a VST is much better.. i am using addictive drums :)

  • @MetallicaFran Nice Nice... Bravo... but I can't believe you play drums since 8 days ago! ;-)

  • @karmanin I played drums at other people's home fewtimes, and for a short time. Nothing more..

  • In the comment below I said that you play drums WELL just because sometimes you would hit off beat, but otherwise it was really good. Rock on man \m/

  • @CrazyShooter199 Yes i know ;) Thank you for your support \m/

  • You play drums well too? And I thought I was a good multi-instrumentalist...

  • Thank you mate! \m/

  • great playing man!
